Who we are
At Mosaic, I believe therapy is about helping people put the pieces of their lives back together — creating something whole, meaningful, and uniquely theirs. As a licensed clinical social worker with advanced training in trauma-focused interventions and family therapy, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and families heal, grow, and reconnect.
I began my journey in social work with a deep desire to help families. Over time, I realized that the most powerful way to make lasting change was through direct therapeutic work — providing individual, child, family, and group therapy in a space that feels safe, warm, and nonjudgmental. My approach is eclectic, drawing from a wide range of evidence-based modalities to meet each person’s unique needs and experiences.
I believe that families are the foundation of our future, and that every family deserves a peaceful home. My work is grounded in the idea that healing doesn’t mean something is broken — it means we’re building something better, piece by piece.
Beyond therapy, my ultimate goal is to expand Mosaic to offer additional services that uplift and support the broader community — from education and advocacy to resources that strengthen family systems and promote resilience.
At Mosaic, I do this work out of passion — for people, for families, and for the belief that healing ripples outward, shaping stronger homes and stronger communities.
